It's a dope spot, the high ceiling gives you the feeling of being in a bigger space than you're really in while the distance you have to walk from A to B is optimized. This IMO is the best design. Make my body and mind feel like I'm in a big space without having to walk very far to get to things.

Thats got to be one of the worst uses of space I've seen.

Why would I want to play Tetris and scratch up cars getting them out of a narrow tandem 3 car garage? Ground level would have been better off with 1-car garage with Recreation Room and MIL Suite. This is just lazy.
