This video seems like it's an advertisement from a real estate company. Why does he have nothing but water in the fridge, and 4 bottles at that?

If it's his actual spot, then either he has money, or he got hoed because 385K for what essentially amounts to a studio with stairs is absurd.

7-car garage?! I'd have a wall built and make half of that shyt a game room or something.

Listing is for 3 beds. It doesn’t show the other two because of how small they are.

Hate homes with siding, just looks old and cheap. Also, why the need for a 7 car garage. That's too much garage for the size. Too many stairs. Imagine an older couple or you get hurt trying to go up and down the floors to get from one room to the other. Townhomes are meant for high density areas. I can't comment on the price and neighborhood since I'm not familiar with H Town but from what I've heard Houston is a huge spread out car centric city. That price is pretty good compared to California, Eastern US cities.

That price and the lowered interest rates isn't that bad.

Really would prefer a yard though

Living a brick house changed my opinion on siding.

The seven car garage is insane even if it was a game room/ workshop

Buying a rowhome/twin in Houston seems like it defeats the purpose of being there

Not worth it to me.
Downtown Houston isn't that great and there is no advantage to being close unless you work there,
This. I think only people who aren't familiar with Houston would hear "near downtown Houston" and think it means something

44 bricks...acre shaker
He got robbed and could've gotten way more but I get it he wants to be near downtown and midtown. Looks like he's in 5th ward or 3rd ward (Yellowstone/Tierwester area)where they pushing out older black families and throwing up these townhomes quick as fukk. Fire breaks out and the whole block is up in flames including all 7 of his cars:mjlol:
new age shotgun houses....

started off with traditional houses over there on conklin

all the houses on de preist got this look now... guess its waaaaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper..n cost efficient

Looks like Slim Thug's real estate company which I don't mind b/c he's actually letting black families back in the houses and neighborhoods after construction. Its some houses like those in Sunnyside as well with black families.
The ones I see along Yellowstone, OST, and McGregor off of 288 is straight up for the white folks and people with deep pockets like in the OG post. I was tripping when I drove all the way down MLK and Griggs (hadn't in years) and saw a gym on the corner and white women jogging outside walking their dogs like :mjtf: and then I realized the metrorail is right up the street. The old Kings Flea Market is straight up condos now. They moving up to Yellowstone now slowly but surely with those condos. They all around The Address.
