It's clear as day. The talent wouldn't have been this emotional if it was just an angle and they wouldn't work the locker room by doing a storyline releasing one of the most beloved figures in the company. Not to mention how insensitive of a storyline that would be.

Can't believe people even thought for a second it was all a work :mjlol:

If they were actually working he would have been “fired” on tv. Going to social media and telling people you’re out isn’t the way to run a storyline, especially when talent has been getting released recently and even going on Twitter to announce their departure (Shotzi for example). Wild how many people thought it was a work and still do.

But society is dumb as fukk, so no surprise the carny audience fell for it.

It's all about the dollar, and with the way time is set up out there, the night is just getting started. The strip is just waking up then.

It's an easy/understandable decision from Vegas/TKO's side.

That said, they heauxed the shyt out of New Orleans and further proved that eventually, WWE's take on wrestling is a rich fan's game.
The playbook for all these damn sports . Appeal to the rich fans. NFL, NBA, UFC. They all running the same plays:smh:

Wrestlers in general aren’t good enough actors to pull that type of emotion off lmao. Not everyone can be salmon jacket Mark Henry

Yup no way that was a work. They thought no one care that much releasing a mid 50s midcarder comic relief..only to realize the backlash wasn't worth the few shillings they would save.
