Let me rephrase that sentence and be more clear.. there are many boxers that had better foot work and better jabs and overall better boxing "skills" than Tyson. He was great at doing one thing, and that one thing can't be fukked with obviously.

With that being said, he is far from being "complete". He's pretty much the opposite.

I believe that great boxers like Ali and Foreman would have nullified his specialty.

Im not so sure about that. Ali's defense was nothing special and Tyson at 20-22 was relentless, powerful, fast, AND accurate.

I think foreman would be the one to put Tyson down in his prime. I have a tough time seeing anyone else do it tbh.

I remember reading somewhere that Tyson was supposed to be terrified of George Foreman and didn't want any parts of fighting him. Tyson was that dude and I grew up watching him and in my younger days you couldn't tell me he wasn't the best heavyweight ever. But he didn't want to fight Lennox years before they did match up nor Holyfield and I don't think he was trying to see Riddikk either. I wouldn't bet against a 20 year old Tyson against any other great heavyweight but I don't think he would beat all of the greats either. The only reason I think him and Ali s a toss up is because Tyson had a similar style to Frazier which must faster hands and quickness and I think that might have gave Ali trouble. But then I gotta look at it from the point of view of what if Ali was younger too with all of his speed that he lost from sitting 3 years at home. Those tall fighters like Lewis who could punch and take a punch would always give Mike a problem. (yeah Lewis is considered chinny but he went down from two punches that couldn't have landed any more precise). Any heavy would have dropped from those punches by McCall and Rahman. I know plenty of people will argue against me but I don't think Mike could be Vitali Klitschko if they were both matched up in their primes. Not Vladimir with his weak chin but the older one. The one who has never been down in a fight and the one whose 6'8 and doesn't have a legit loss as a pro. I honestly think he would give any heavyweight from anytime hell in the ring.

One guy said his fighting style was flawed(didn't really explain why) but yet Mike became a champ at 20 and uniified all the belts using this "flawed" fighting style.....Then he went to beat like 6-7 world contenders before he got sent to jail....

Another guy talking about his mental acuity like he and Mike used to run Brooklyn together and he has first-hand knowledge of Mike's mindset....
