Real talk, automation hits harder in the white collar world more so than the fast food world. Whole ass job series in the federal government got wiped out thanks to automation processes. Saw that shyt happen first hand with "Legal Instruments Examiners" in my agency. 450 strong force got cut down to 75. These old heads was caking in that position too.:francis:
You better research DAO'S too, they literally automating whole buisness period. Gonna have code making all kinds of decisions for companies. And I'm for it cause it's gonna out the foot on hella CEOs and owners necks that doing a shyt job.

Nope. This generation has learned something we didn’t. fukk money, especially at a young age. Imagine breaking yourself down for fukking fast food, dealing with shytty managers and shytty customers.

this country is heading somewhere different and I’m glad. Soon enough the fast food model as it is won’t be sustainable. Kids don’t wanna kill they self for a chick just to play some bum ass student loans for the rest of they life

I dapped this but I actually don't think this is what the young people are thinking.

They are saying fukk working hard for these companies, because they all think they are going to be millionaires of YouTube, rap, clothing lines, (add young kid fantasy here) , etc

This "pseudo-socialist" generation is going to learn some hard lessons cause they're not built tough enough to deal with a system that has proven time and time again that it does not work as power and wealth ultimately translates from the people to the State. I've been to Castro's Cuba and Chávez Venezuela..these coddled, pretentious revolutionaries HAVE NO IDEA what they're asking for but they'll get it in spades.

what? CIA meddling? trade sanctions?

And check this out ALL the hoarders I know (in my family too) are baby boomers, all the people I know with houses decked out way too much for them to properly maintain it at their ages now are boomers. It's crazy how much fukking spending these people have done over the years. Just buy buy buy, credit especially, it's ridiculous

The bold is really really funny.. :pachaha:

fukk is you talking about? Capitalism is the most destructive force unleashed on the planet in the last 400 years. It will inevitably make this planet inhabitable for most of the human population and you talking about some Venezuela. :mjlol:

Truth be told, the loudest people folks slurping the rich and shyting on the victims of capitalism are usually poor or don’t realize that they’re poor:mjlol:

I bet neither of these dudes have businesses and have probably constantly underachieved their whole lives. They are prime examples of Americas temporarily embarrassed millionaires :yeshrug:

No..

Its just that y'all are lazy and unproductive with absolutely no plan to capitalize off of your efforts..

It'll be different if you individuals sat out of these jobs with a 3 year financial plan in mind.. But you people are sitting around with absolutely nothing in mind.. Just waiting on wages to increase won't end well because the employers are thinking of a way to make it without the employee constantly..

A business will close before they'll give a unreasonable raise to the employee.. The CEOs/owners of these companies will side step to another profitable venture, after their businesses are shut down.. They have bankruptcy and options to sell their business available to the owner..

Bottom line, employers have numerous options to look at if their businesses collapse... They usually reinvent themselves and just focus on making a less than they're use to.. Meanwhile you guys go from possibly making $16 an hr to $0..

Im still waiting on you guys to give me a 2 year plan in what you're going to do.. Keep in mind, your employable years start falling at 30..

Good Luck..

What the hell are you talking about. I and probably most of the folks here with common sense, for workers rights have good careers and are comfortable. We understand it’s not sustainable to let the current system continue. It’s morally evil and bad for all of us economically in the long run:stopitslime:

@Wild self, stop. even if shyt was fixed right, theres a segment of the population that isnt even financially literate to know how to manage money where shyt would be the same. THATS A HUGE PART OF THE PROBLEM. Look at how folks are putting themselves into unnecessary debt just for leisure purposes You cant fix people who dont think they have a problem.

You have a bunch of folks that want to get paid but dont understand the system they live under, poor money management skills, sense of entitlement, financially illiterate, nonskilled, possibly not even educated with anything higher than a high school diploma or a ged, poor work ethic, being picky with the types of jobs they are and are not willing to do and etc wondering why they are struggling.

The system is fukked up and thats how it was designed to work. What is your solution to counter that though? Because yall never have any solutions, just arguments driven by ego.

So the CEO should RIP off the workers with bloated bonuses? Not give raises to their employees to combat inflation and cost of living needs?

The solution is to make UNIONS and expanded worker rights, like in every first World country.

You would be the one to suffer and die first, ironically, because you defend the CEO over your own kids making decent money :picard:

:hubie:Im just asking what the plan was..

But I understand you guys have absolutely no plan, you're getting aggressive when someone asks you for one..

One plan would be to capitalize off of the understaffed businesses and open your own and make it more employee owned.. All this free PPP money and looting going on, id flip that shyt into a profitable AND FAIR business..

Sitting on Y'all musty a$$es is not going to end well..

The clock is ticking..

Now people such as yourselves got the fast food/service industry in shambles.. Good job!!!
Now im saying do something.. :damn:

You knock a strong man on the ground, you going to sit down and wait for him to recover? Or are you going to finish him off?

So stop being mad and think of a way to capitalize. :manny:

Nah, I behead that oppressor and decimate their remains. And that is what people WORLDWIDE are doing.

We need UNIONS, we need to slash bloated bonuses from the CEO and execs and shareholders to raise the wages by a few bucks. We need to go to the pre-1980 standards of business practice.

You got duped thinking that business means the CEO get paid in large sums while the worker doesn't deserve anything. Reaganomics got knocked off its ass, and you are :to:, trying to revive it.
