ATL is more like spurs offensively. They are nothing like GSW On Defense. Lots of traps and everyone else shells the paint. Remind me of Virginia Pac Defense at times how they pack the paint.
I said principles breh...

Atlanta does this (pack paint)... Golden State does that (perimeter shell defense) ...

Doesn't matter. LeBron figures them out.

When LeBron has struggled the most is when a team's defensive strength is to read & react with size. Meaning no matter where LeBron is on the court, they shade a big with length + mobility on the second level of the defense ala Boston and San Antonio.

People talk about him needing his jumper but LeBron will get in the paint at will this series no matter who guards him.

Apparently the NBA is reviewing yet another Draymond Green incident, and if they slap him with a flagrant, he's suspended for game 1

If the Cavs want to play a shootout like they have their entire playoff run, then Warriors in 5. Love and Frye are going to get torched on D (specifically on Curry pick and roll), and you're betting on outshooting the Warriors for 4 games? :usure:

If the Cavs want to play more of a slugfest like last year's Finals (more Delly and TT, and slowing the pace) then maybe we are talking...
Lue needs to manage Lebron's minutes because he is the only glaring matchup advantage and they don't need him wearing down again. Lebron also needs to be open to playing some center in crunch time lineups. Will he hit his free throws or his outside shot? Warriors are definitely going to bait him to shoot jumpers, and probably hack him a bit and live with 60% free throw shooting.

I also think the Cavs' psyches are in danger of caving in if the going gets tough. They haven't been mentally tough all year and the only minor adversity they faced in the playoffs this year was losing two games in Toronto, a team everyone knew they outmatched. Lebron might choke out Kevin Love if he doesn't bring it. They might end up having to throw Love in the bushes to be honest. Kyrie, Delly, JR, Bron, Frye/TT.

On the other side, Warriors just have to play their game and adjust accordingly. Start Bogut on TT and gang rebound. If TT's athleticism is too much for him like last year's Finals then try Ezeli or go small. I have a hard time believing the Cavs defense and rebounding will be tougher then the athleticism and length that the Thunder offered. I think the "Death Lineup" is about to feast in this series.
They are going play the same like they did last but time Lebron has more room and open space to work because Love and Kyrie are out there.

I believe that the Cavs God tier line up with Delly-Shump-RJ-LeBron-Frye will be even more impactful than the Fraud Lineup of GSW

I posted about this Coli math in a different thread. I've seen this stupid shyt one too many times.

I don't know what the fukk nikkas are learning in school
Not surprising since you have to be an idiot to use Finals losses as a criticism in the first place while instead glorifying players that couldn't even reach the finals, as if that is somehow better.

When that line up plays against barnosa - Speights - Livingston etc bench units it has a chance to make a few profound impact on the game. Kerr will probably end up having to adjust the rotation

The Cavaliers' best lineup features LeBron James and 4 bench players

The Value meal lineup (someone can give that shyt a better name, idk) features 1 fantastic shooter in Frye, 3 solid/decent shooters in Shump, RJ, and Delly, and LeBron as the slasher. Basically exactly what he missed last year Finals. This lineup is also helped by the fact that RJ is a great slasher and Delly finds ways to get to the rim. That PnR they run in this lineup is more dangerous than the GSW PnR, in the situations where its encountered, in my opinion.

Dubs can just switch everything just like OKC did to take away the Curry/Draymond PnR

Just because it worked against the Raptors doesn't mean it'll work against the Warriors
