The phrase casual sex never made much sense to me really. There's nothing casual about sex, that would be like casual make out's or casual kissing. Both which most people would at like

when you abstain it causes mental hangups

that is why you see so many people who rarely have sex commit wild crimes


the less sex you have the greater the likely hood for depression and suicide

Sex is therapeutic there is no doubt about that but its not a basic human need man. A yes medically for some (men at least) ejaculate or they can literally become sick but that few and far in between. Sex wouldn't be half a big a deal as it is now if it wasn't so glorified.
