I read that soccer is decreasing in popularity in some european countries. I think basketball will eventually surpass soccer in popularity in some eastern european countries. Champions league viewership has been decreasing for a while too. asians aren't really that big on soccer either so the nba has a chance to take that market. I wonder how big the euro is in Europe right now.
