Am I the only person that likes instant oatmeal compared to the homemade version?

I just came back from the grocery store to buy some things for the weekend and they had a good deal on oatmeal so I brought some because ain't nothing better than a warm bowl of Oats during this time of year.
Instant oatmeal is just so many different flavors and it's easier to cook not to mention tastes better compared to the other kind...

They just recently changed their recipe so the instant oatmeal taste like straight trash and has a weird consistency. I always get strawberries and cream and got the new shyt thinking they just tweaked the box and it was basura. Now the good kind is the generic kind.

edit: They getting killed in reviews for changing it. They were trying to be more healthy they claimed but that shyt taste like trash now. Look at the reviews lol

I cant really say. Its a unique flavor. Consistency is similar to grits but smoother. Depends on how you make it.

Way too much sugar in the flavored oatmeals and the non-flavored oatmeal is disgusting
