I only do 200 push-ups a day, depending on the day I be bullshyting but I try to clear 125 at the very least

But in high school playing football 45s was the standard like damn near it should be a warmup if you wasn't hitting em you was weak and getting clowned.

real talk.. i'm about to make the switch to calisthenics/body excersizes. just dont have the drive to be there and share equipment
What gym are you in with 50lb plates?Last week I could barely do 5 sets of 5 on the 25's.
Just do 5x5 and add (5lbs) 2lbs on each side each workout.
I guarantee you'll be back by the end of the week.

What workouts you recommend with 20 lb. dumb bells?Real talk, fukk the gym.
Workout at home or anywhere. The gym is cool, but it ain't the one and only. No reason why you can't do push-ups and bodysquats at home.
You should at least do 100-200 push-ups and 200 bodysquats at home everyday just to wake up. It takes less than 10 minutes.
If you can do bodysquats how do you lift yourself out of a chair? If you can't do triceps dips, and push-ups these are very basic exercises.
I work with people everyday 70 years old "my husband fell on the floor, he can't get up and I'm 67 I can't pick him up, can you send an ambulance?"
Dont use the "I don't have a gym membership" "I couldn't make it to the gym today" "I can't afford a gym payment this month" excuse. Buy some dumbells (plenty of used ones, they don't expire like milk 20lb dumbbell will always be a 20lb dumbbell) or invest in some equipment so you can work out at home.
Even if you don't have the space for a bow flex or bench press, buy a jump rope.
