Won't front ..I cant even hit them 35s 5 times

But in high school playing football 45s was the standard like damn near it should be a warmup if you wasn't hitting em you was weak and getting clowned.

You got a grace period if you started lifting in the spring but by summer you better had got on it:ufdup:
Yeah 45s on each side atleast was the standard at my school, and if not dudes would clown you lmao it'd make nikkas not want to workout because nikkas was already a little bit advanced

That isn't a valid reason to not lift. If a person is committed to making that part of their regimen that why wait? It's always going be hard, no need to delay starting a foundation. Long term its probably the better move for ideal body composition as well. Getting nutrition in order is paramount but no need not to lift if you can and want to.
You missed the whole point I was making.. basically what I'm saying is that big dudes with alot of body fat should should work on loosing some the weight before hitting the gym up, it doesn't make sense if you're big/fat dude lifting weights just to gain muscle that should happen after he sheds some pounds.

I lack motivation. Was going hard for a few months, didn't see any positive results and just quit.

Real talk, fukk the gym.

Workout at home or anywhere. The gym is cool, but it ain't the one and only. No reason why you can't do push-ups and bodysquats at home.

You should at least do 100-200 push-ups and 200 bodysquats at home everyday just to wake up. It takes less than 10 minutes.

If you can do bodysquats how do you lift yourself out of a chair? If you can't do triceps dips, and push-ups these are very basic exercises.

I work with people everyday 70 years old "my husband fell on the floor, he can't get up and I'm 67 I can't pick him up, can you send an ambulance?"

Dont use the "I don't have a gym membership" "I couldn't make it to the gym today" "I can't afford a gym payment this month" excuse. Buy some dumbells (plenty of used ones, they don't expire like milk 20lb dumbbell will always be a 20lb dumbbell) or invest in some equipment so you can work out at home.

Even if you don't have the space for a bow flex or bench press, buy a jump rope.
the sheer definition you can gain from doing pushups and situps regulary is very impressive...

Well you are just misinformed. Lifting while in a calorie deficit can assist them in losing weight and retaining the lean muscle mass they may have.
