I used to be real heavy into gym, almost 5 days a week but I was scrawny back then and I got results fast. I went from 130 lbs to 165 in a matter of like 4 months. I was eating everything in sight. The thing is putting on weight is mad expensive especially for me cause I have a naturally high metabolism so I gotta eat non stop just to maintain a certain weight. So I put on weight fast but if I eat less for a couple days and happen to skip gym I'll lose muscle just as fast. Also I've changed my eating habits a bit because of my sinus issues I cut out lactose and I also cut red meat out. So now I go to the gym but really only when I've got something important coming up like a wedding or a date.

Well I'm talking about extremely big dudes that need to focus on loosing the weight first and then worry about gaining or retaining muscle, lifting weights alone isn't going to help fasten their weight loss progress.
Well now you are moving the goal posts. And you are pretty much just flat wrong.

Lifting weight can help lose weight/fat

You don’t wait to maintain muscle mass. That should always be a priority

Nobody said to only lift weights

You got a grace period if you started lifting in the spring but by summer you better had got on it:ufdup:

facts! 45s was Freshman level weight and you couldnt play JV or Var until u was up to 2 plates or fast as shyt

Funniest thing I saw in the gym was a 10 lb plate. I realized it was needed though when I saw some women use it for dead lift.
? What's funny about a 10lb plate? That's a 20lb increase on a barbell. That's a roughly 10% jump looking at a 225 1RM. I even use 10s for my lateral raises when i warm up.

You nikkas stay exposing yourselves.
