Anyone on OMAD (one meal a day) fasting?

Did this for a while with keto, got lean lean lean.

It was easier to not be hungry in the late evening with the keto than doing it with a normal 40/40/20 or 40/30/30 IMO but both work.

I may try this again but eating earlier in the day and see how I feel because when I go to the gym it's about 5-6am waking at 4.

I did it for a while and I lost too much weight. You don't even realize it until people see you and start saying you look skinny. Six pack was showing pretty good but I looked too skinny. I went from 215 down to 190, I don't think I was eating enough, and I was doing full body workouts daily.
