Anyone on OMAD (one meal a day) fasting?

I was fasting but then I started feeling lightheaded when I would lift weights.

I do a protein shake after the gym. A veggie salad for lunch. And whatever I want for dinner. I keep it simple tho. Fish or chicken, a green veggie and rice. And I don’t eat after 9.

I’ve definitely slimmed down, but I’m also gaining a lot of muscle(my goal is toning) so my scale actually isn’t moving much. It discouraged me at first but I def feel and see the difference the way my clothes fit.

Basically pretty much only water and some juice. I do drink liquor though

I eat whatever but I make sure its protein heavy. I stay away from pasta
same. IF for 8 years now... its harder for me in the military tho... somedays are tuff. Like today...PT was a bytch and it's not even 0900 yet and I'm hungry as fukk. Fasting since 1900 yesterday. Days like this I need a lot of water. Window hits at 1500 and I'm ravenous.
