I've now lost 21lbs, I started at 246 and now I'm at 225.:blessed:

how long did it take for you to drop the 21lbs?

op said he lost 15 in 2 months but I can do that with exercise and cutting calories

I guess the fasting is done because of the other benefits and not just weight lost :jbhmm:

2 months for me as well but I was blessed with a high metabolism, so I lose weight pretty quickly. The only thing I still struggle with is that damm lower flab on the stomach.

Don’t think it’s necessarily one meal a day, but it’s definitely beneficial to keep your eating window to 6-8 hours a day and consume zero calories the rest of the day. Most folks would be far, far better off completely skipping breakfast. The typical American breakfast is full of absolute trash and is a complete waste for most folks. Starting the day filled with sugary ass juice, fruit, cereal, carbs drenched in syrup. Just absolutely useless

I did it for a while and I lost too much weight. You don't even realize it until people see you and start saying you look skinny. Six pack was showing pretty good but I looked too skinny. I went from 215 down to 190, I don't think I was eating enough, and I was doing full body workouts daily.

You got skinny because you wasn't lifting weights. If you losing weight, lifting is a MUST, otherwise you just skinny.
