Only way this makes sense is if the artists keep the same deal Job gave them.
Using racial guilt or whatever is always wack, we as anyone else want to maximize the value we get per buck. If the quality between "the white" and "the black" is the same, then I'd go with the black.Yeah but his sales pitch was all about independence. And the freestyle about black people not supporting tidal is just embarrasingly corny now.
no matter what
to see a rap dude who came from the ground up get this far is really inspirational
the transition is just
being 25+ years old rapping and now making huge business moves at 40+
thats the ultimate growth
thats what past rappers before him should of been doing

He's not cutting his losses, he's cutting Tidal's losses, but making a profit for himself. If he is selling cause he losing money then fair enough. If he is selling for a profit after promises made not just about black business, but independence then that is a betrayal. And anyone that calls him a conman will have a lot of evidence.
So its 2 points, cutting his losses fair enough I have no beef.
Selling just for the sake of a quick profit then yeah I have a problem.

Yeah but his sales pitch was all about independence. And the freestyle about black people not supporting tidal is just embarrasingly corny now.
It's not a merger but a buyout. If it were true. A buyout is buying all the equity and its split according to their percentages.Deal wont work unless Apple lets Tidal Artists keep their percentages..
That was the whole reason why they went to Tidal
