underrated when it comes to them in the game for long amnd how much quality music they have been A PART of

overrated when it comes to their actual discography, we are the streets is a great album but thats it as far as near classics. everything else is solid to mid

Yeah and it’s honestly not even close…. Like take Jada for instance…. That nikka output is piss poor… always has been. Now if he had like a classic solo to stand on… and maybe a 4/5 arguable Album after that it would make sense. Dude is super fukkin’ lazy… and doesn’t even seem interested in dropping music. Him not dropping after all that “Verzuz” shyt told confirmed everything I’ve ever thought about him.

Lox belong nowhere near a conversation with Mobb Deep. IMO Mobb is a step or two behind Tribe and OutKast as the most consistent groups of all time in terms of output. That’s the convo they belong in.

Album for album there is literally no comparison. And Jada at his best was never fukking with Prodigy at his peak, even counting the mixtape run. P backed it up with group AND solo albums.

As a Lox fan, it’s ok to admit they tend to be very overrated.

This is true. Before Verzuz it felt like nikkas from every other region specially west was sayin Dipset would wash Lox. It was east coast mainly NY nikkas that said they was buggin and would get packed up

Here’s how you know The Lox AS A GROUP are absolutely overrated.

If these dudes were from anywhere but New York, this thread and the concept of them being highly rated would not exist.

If these dudes lived in Minnesota and released the exact same music most people in here would’ve never been a fan.
