Ignore the haters breh. I appreciated that knowledge and that oatmeal+banana+peanut butter +almond + protein recipe is a staple for my breakfast.

Same here. Been doing the Oatmeal recipe since I first read this thread (about 3 months back.) However I'm still not loosing the little bit of flab around my belly :(

I'm in college so my food selection is a bit :flabbynsick:

I need a diet for 30 days to follow with things to eat

Like breakfast, lunch, and dinner.....

I'm only able to eat two meals a day from my cafe and have whey protein mix for shakes

So would anybody like to help me by writing a diet nutritious out to follow?

Oh, and a list of exercises I should do and the reps/length of the workouts

What are your thoughts on low intensity cardio on the elliptical machine and the arc trainer to burn fat? I really need to drop fat around my midsection. I have a good lifting routine. I'm at my swolest and strongest. Diet has been weak and I drink alcohol a lot but your tips have me hype about disciplining myself in that way. I'm probably at 25-30 percent body fat. I want to continue my strength and muscle gains and lose fat. I'm ready to take it to the next level

I'm aslo starting some boxing classes with a friend of mine who is a former fighter. I know that will be good for fat burning as well

I do three workouts of chest then three excercises of biceps on one day which last 45mins to an hour. Is that enough

I weigh 230 currently but i'm trying to hit 200 by April or May if possible.

I have a muscular frame but not in shape or toned.

join boxing gym.
do roadwork every day.
stop eating fatty foods.

easy work.

shakes are perfectly fine. I workout late nights sometimes, and will crush a shake right after, around 11:30 or midnight. but resist eating actual meals, especially ones that are carb intensive. Dude earlier said it was horse s*it, but I highly suggest you try it for two weeks straight, and gauge the results.You'll be walking around feeling leaner every day.

Kasino, when you workout at night do you take a Whey Shake or a Casein Shake? Sometimes I mix both
