So many fake ballers out there paying on a damn car for 7 years :mjlol:

New car, new reality: Auto loan borrowing hits fresh highs
Mofos with bad credit gotta pay ::birdman:
But seriously I've paid off 3 cars in my life and am now on my 4th financed car. I hope to pay it off in 3 years even tho my interest rate is 2%. I know my limits. I've never had car payments higher than $283/month. Next closest was $256. It's pretty simple
  • Pay what you owe on time so mofos don't fukk with your credit. Too many mofos paying $500/month out there for financing a freakin Nissan Altima or Honda Civic because their interest rate is through the roof.
  • Don't buy what you can't afford. Be realistic. If you make $75K or less you have no business driving a car with s pricetag that's over $17K-$20K. Period. We all like nice things... stop letting rappers drive your ambitions way being your means. Know your role
  • Watch your income/debt ratio. I must say @Rawtid taught me this one. Just paying the bills isn't enough anymore. Debt /income is what lenders for home loans look at more than anything else

All about being smart in this new life where everything is financed from cars to homes and phones and medical procedures

Mt parents were all about Volkswagen and audi growing up so I do remember when those cars were actually good. Then about 2000 they just stopped giving a shyt about making reliable cars :wow:
And I'm in love with this Audi that I've had my eye on :mjcry:

I feel like just getting a Lexus

My car has been paid off for a year now, but I'm looking to get a car in September. My last interest rate was 4.0 I'm hoping this time it is 3% or lower. I really want a tundra but those trucks even used are damn expensive. So still haven't decided if I'm going to get it or get something else

I found out the hard way. Bought a brand new jeep cherokee straight outta school for about 25k but was paying $400 a month for it. I was making 60k a year then and that car payment kinda put a dent in my budget after rent and school loans.

I stay driving slightly used hinda civics these days and I keep the loans under $10k so I can keep the monthly payments at or below $150
Smart man.

I never said Lexus is not reliable but I did say maintenance costs are expensive which is true.:francis:

What kind of car do you drive?

Find me a listing for these 2013 RX450H at a 1/3rd of the price (or $12,000)

Or just admit you was talking shyt and apologize.

Good credit opens doors. My credit card pays me to spend money :yeshrug:
