Kind of like this call on Vol 2. I probably would put Reasonable Doubt over it- and I understand people feeling The Blueprint and TBA as albums more- but as far as pure mic presence, Jay was in a zone on Vol 2. His flow and voice on it had no corniness, it was just dominant.

Stop being so insecure. If cats ran in here telling you that you're convincing yourself not to like it you'd argue them down. Fall your low self esteem having ass back.Can't believe we're listening to the same album. Take the exact same production and lyrics and put J.Cole's name on the Album cover instead of Jay-Z and these ratings go down 95%. It's like nikkas convincing themselves that the new Jordans look nice just because the retro's were nice.
And you gotta remember, dude is the same age as the "golden era" emcees (Ra, Kane, LL) and yet he's still stuntin on damn near er'body that's relevant right now.
