You truly never know anybody..I'm not as doomsayer as most in this thread. They've been together for 3 years so hopefully they know each others ins and out. Just clear out any financial expectations (is she splitting rent? Bills?) and go for it. If it fails just kick her out.
And moving in with somebody..
Exposes a lot of the little intricacies of your mates personality..
My ex wife hid her issues something serious..
Then it all came rolling out..
Cohabitating with a woman is a lot of work...

I just need time to re-energize..
Communication is the biggest thing when moving in..
Not being afraid to “hurt” the other persons feelings..
Also learning love languages helped tremendously with my current...
We rarely argue and when we do..
It’s more of a discussion..
We take the emotion out of it...
That’s where people fukk up..
Also as everyone said..
Boundaries, Boundaries, Boundaries..
Learn them..
Build them..
Point them out when the line is crossed..
Moving in is a huge commitment and not for the weak..
If you don’t build/have a foundation (especially when space is comprised)..
It’s like watching a real life horror flick..
