Check the field goal percentages pal.

hold dis L.. it's not impressive to win a scoring title while shooting over 30 times.. he isnt even a great 3 point shooter ( iverson)

The guy shoots 8 threes a game. He is a pure shooter. But no one is going to say that Reggie Miller was a better scorer than Kobe Bryant because he averages a better percentage.

the name of the game is putting the ball in the hoop.. everytime iverson bricks a shot it's a wasted possession... curry misses less

I'm talking about the title. This topic woulda been laughable last year. Only reason nikkas are saying Curry now is cause of the lucky title run he had last year.
He won MVP before he got the title. Being that both guys only have 1 MVP it still would've been a legit topic.

Depends on how you look at it. If the name of the game is putting the ball in the hoop, then inversion wins because he scores more. A lot of people think that shooting a lot is a bad thing. The thing that separates iverson, kobe, jordan from others is the fact that they have the stamina to put up 40 point back to back games. Most players don't have the stamina to shoot 20 times a game and play defense throughout the course of the year.

another L ...

Iverson:

26 ppg 42 fg %

curry:
23 ppg 48 fg%

curry is more likely to make 5/10 shots
iverson is more likely to make 4/10 shots

it's really simple

LOL Curry averages 21 points per game and Iverson averages 27. And Curry fg% is 47. You're just making up stats now :mjlol:

Curry by a good margin. Nash & Paul are better than Iverson too, tends to get overrated among his peers because of what he stood for as a cultural icon rather than his actual on court influence or skill.

Curry is one of the best finishers at his position too. He's the greatest shooter to have ever played this game that has learned to finish inside consistently. Not one dimensional in the slightest

If Reggie could break ppl down 1on1 like Steph he might've been better than Kobe. And Kobe wasn't an inneficient player in his prime. Doesn't deserve to be compared to AI, he actually could score on massive volume with solid-great efficiency. Check those PS games vs the West during LA's post Shaq runs
