The first person nipsey called after getting shot was his brother. This is how estates work somebody gotta gain control of it. Theres nothing shady about your brother who you looked up to and did business with asking the courts to gain legal control over your assets. Who else are they gonna give it his parents who probably dont know how to capitalize on it, his minor kids or his baby mammas who gonna be with another nikka soon?

Man I'm shocked at him not having a will. This was the last thing I had really been wondering about, since he talks about having affairs in order and personal financial responsibility. Would have been a great final lesson to the youth about how to move coming up.
Not having a will and not being married isn't really good for any of the parties involved. This is one of the reasons why #GMB people who think being paired as a family with no marriage from a legal standpoint is a good idea. When you have stuff and can't designate who has what before you go, then marriage would default a lot of this to a spouse, who could let someone else do it. The issue with his oldest daughter would still have to be sorted, but the other infighting would be a non-issue.
