EXAMPLE:

Someone discovered EM, someone invented circuitry to carry EM signals, someone invented a process to convert sounds to EM signals and back again, someone invented long distance EM signal delivery, someone invented modern phone handsets, someone invented the software layers that run on that phone, someone grew a billion dollar company on the black of the above, black man celebrates holding the longest phone call as "black excellence", considers phoning so long to be an historical achievement, dances in celebration, insists that others celebrate the call and wonders why other men are convinced of their own superiority over him..

BP is good but that is all it is.. Obsessive glorification of the event denigrates us but too many people cannot see this simple truth.

Fully actualized free adults should not think like this.

Shapiro wasn't too off with what he said, matter of fact alot of what he says is said right here on the coli, I think In some cases were being too sensitive

Shapiro is an idiot. Of course 'people' go to see movies with people that THEY can relate to in them. That much should be obvious.

Annoying twerp.

I don't think it's pathetic, people are just happy we're getting a blockbuster type film with a majority black cast.

Historically majority black cast films were given under 50 million for a budget, while they gave Black Panther 200 milly to play with.

That's because it's a comic book film, it's not surprising

":blessed: Finally I'm attracted to sistas"

":mjcry: Me and my brehs were crying"

":to: Black excellence we need to do better FAM"
"Disney give 25% of profits back to the black community "

:gucci: :snoop:

When nikkas sound like c00ns and alt-fighters, they might want to rethink their position. As to the escapism argument: so what? Y all nikkas is selling fantasies of economic escapism like no one in black America wants to own shyt and build wealth. fukking straw man arguments argued by smart dumb nikkas who think having an $250 LLC entitles them to lecture you about how you spend your money.
:heh:
"Bu-bu-bu-but the money is ultimately going to benefit whites!" Smart dumb nikkas should take a math class and basic fukking logic. An tiny minority surrounded a far larger population who controls the economy of said country will of course reap most of the benefits of money spent in this country. Here's a question for straw man militants: are you using exclusively black made cellphones and computers to post, hosted by all black ISP's and most importantly using all black fiber optic networks, laid by black contractors to access the Web? No, then shut the fukk up and let people enjoy the movie. @heirophant is using this moment to push his comics, @Blacksands has been plugging his shyt for months. Straw man militants, if they had half the energy they put in trying to hear down anyone showing enthusiasm to see this movie might use this moment to spring board their own black properties and creations. But that's too hard, it's far easier to accuse people of being emotionally manipulated and of enriching cacs than building ya own shyt. Which is the true irony considering half the shyt these miserable fukks spout about ownership.

can't tell if this was a compliment or a burn...

It may and it may not. It is in our cultural mindset now period. "Get out" was an example of how we can make our own decent horror ish movie for low budgets and win.

The point is we are getting representation...not as much as we want but we are getting. This happened before in sports. We had very low rep...where are we now? Culture changes laws which changes culture. It's a loop
This movie will have a great psychological impact on black people around the world. It's undeniable. The bar was raised.

You can't unsee excellence..:blessed:
