By next year MARA/RIOT/SOS gonna be huge bags if you get in now. The cost of getting a full BTC is prohibitively expensive but as btc goes so does these mining comps and money can be made off em too :yeshrug:

I have little faith in BTC being used for anything of note for years but I'm not sit back and not make some bread off it
you don't need to buy a whole coin tho, no? these brokerages do fractional shares, so i wouldn't expect them not to let people just buy dollar amounts of crypto

I believe so but I'm more convinced you could get a 5-10x return from the stocks concerning BTC than it being at 300k a coin...

But hell who knows. Reality has been stranger than fiction for a while now

there's still other company factors tied into these stocks like MARA, RIOT, they aint for the long term IMO. but BTC, you put 5k in now and it's at ~60k, if it 3x's in two years, so did your money. MARA and RIOT won't 3x just because BTC did, they haven't had the same percentage moves as BTC to date and i wouldn't trust sitting my money in them for two years. they're convenient because you can get crypto exposure through your broker via these stocks, but if schwab just let me buy BTC outright vs having to open yet another account at a crypto exchange, well i'd buy the currency

Said this is the Nas thread in the booth but I'm looking at coinbase levels after that debut and thinking surely that's support for the foreseeable....

Good level to execute at?

Yea I understand that. But there's a lot of other crypto exchanges. A 90 billion valuation for CB is crazy IMO and I believe in crypto

Yeah I don’t disagree, I don’t have a great grasp on the valuation compared to market prospects. I’m a bigger believer in crypto in general than I am in $COIN as a stock

It’s usually not a good idea to buy a normal stock IPO right away. They usually rise then fall below the IPO opening price before rising again. Almost always better to wait it out on them.

been getting trashed on this portfolio. I’m glad it’s only a few months old and so small because if it was sizable the results would be brutal.
