I'm done reading this...book 4 finished...Book 5 tonight.

At best, I might do like 2 books and 1 Graphic Novel (for switching it up purposes) but that's about it.

Both. I got too much to do in the coming weeks, so I’m going to try to read in spurts. If things go well at work, I maybe able to get free time to read it sooner than later.

Finished Finders Keepers by Stephen King, book #2 in the Bill Hodges trilogy.
I think my enjoyment level is about the same as Mr Mercedes. The focus of the book is mostly on the criminal Morris Bellamy and a teenager named Pete Saubers and there connection to unpublished works from a dead author. Hodges doesn't even appear until Part 2 (page 157 in the hardcover edition) and I can see that turning some people away but you got to trust the process with King because (so far) I haven't been disappointed in the books I read from him

Ngl.....I was almost starting to believe the hype that "The Fifth Season" was gonna be as good as it gets in this series/trilogy while reading The Stone Sky, but my girl bought it on home & landed the plane
I didn't think I'd ever get thru the first 100 or so pgs but a nicca powered thru like a true orogene & got to da good shyt
At one point, in some of the prelude chapters, I was gettin' heavy Matrix, Alien/Prometheus vibes, in a good way. And of course, the parallels running along slavery was telegraphed long ago in the 1st book but she unpacked it & layered it here nicely.
