I thought butterflies was better. Break a dawn was dope don’t get me wrong. But butterflies was like him on some oh you nikkaz forgot I can do this r&b shyt. Invincible is a very underrated Michael album and it’s mostly cacs that slander it.
I love Butterflies too, but Break of Dawn is superior. I don’t care if the latter wasn’t as popular of a song as the former. I’ll even go and say that “Heaven Can Wait” is superior to “Butterflies” as well. But you can’t go wrong with either of the 3.I thought butterflies was better. Facts. Glad to see a thread appreciating this song. This and Heaven Can Wait both classic status.I wanna add that this song is what TRUE LOVE sounds like to me.
One of my favorite R&B songs since 2000. Perfection.

I hate to do this to you but...this....
this brethette. MJ knew
.
I'll go far and say it was his best album. I'm just being real. Folks were expecting another pop album when it came out, MJ gave us a R and B album
. It felt more soulful and down to earth than any of his albums with the exception of Off the Wall.
naw, fukked with the song thoughThis was his 00 Remember The Time imo

Your opinions in music are invalid.
I bought that album back then. It was average. I fukked with break of dawn, heaven can wait and a few other songs, but nikkas putting extras an an aight albumButterflies>>>>Bad
Heaven Can Wait>>>>>Beat It
Billie Jean>>>>>>>You Rock My World![]()
I like this and heaven can wait the best on this albumIts crazy how amazing this song is nearly 20 years later. I always felt like Invincible was an underrated album, but this song was always my favorite. Everything about this song is perfection. The production and MJ’s voice... he sang the shyt out this song.. those harmonies are in place too, as always.
MJ is a King and has a lot of classics but as a long time fan, I can appreciate the deep cuts too. This song is really special.
