Man...I've played sports in high school....intramural in college.......B Ball leagues as an adult....and I've just started boxing again.......Don't need no one who can't even run a mile or lift their bodyweight giving me advice on nada......

I've played soccer, did cross country, track, and a little basketball..AND I.M. in college.

AND I know more about the molecular substrates around metabolism far beyond just "eating right" and how genetics play a heavy role in the matter.

If you an tell me how the human metabolism cycles through carbs, fats, and proteins and on what time scales, i'll let you rock...but don't bark up this tree.

I know plenty of cats with 8 packs that'll get slept and barely run a mile too.........

But if them hog and eggs do it for you in the morning...do you........Any cat knows that the older you get, the more you cut calories.......and more than likely...its gonna be breakfast....

when u take a look around the world at them asian , indian, and even some west indian cultures they live healthy and long lives and they dont be on no big breakfast type shyt. they wake up n sip hot teas and eat light snacky type healthy natural shyt like fruits n dates. no lie my nikka. that whole breakfast is the most important meal misconception is a western world thing and it got us eating ourselves to death like piggs

every now and then I'll have some Somali Pancakes i.e. Anjeera :noah: w/ some eggs... thats a breakfast of a champ

After fasting in Ramadan though it takes a while to get back to eating breakfast...

I barely eat lunch.. dinner is my big meal but not too close to bed time or I'll be :flabbynsick:
