Pippen was not a great outside shooter but he was adequate and at least a threat out there. But other then that he didn't really have any weaknesses to talk about. He may not have excelled in any one area other then defense but he was solid to above average in all other categories which helped make him the player he turned out to be.

I think Pippen was a better defender than Leonard in his prime. He was one of the top 5 defenders of all time second only to Rodman and he was a better defender than Mike.
