This is way off. Arians always been putting brothers on. Bowles been down with him for a long time and he wanted him to have a successful program to take over.

Brady retired cause he didn't fukk with Arians. As soon as Arians stepped down, surprise surprise, Brady's back.

I'm half joking but you can't convince me that BA ain't realize 2021 was the last real shot with that roster and got out because he had no interest in a multi year rebuild. Regardless his relationship with Brady

Brady coming back fukked them but they still could have traded him to Miami like he wanted. Should have gone into full tank mode this year, start the rebuild, shoot for being contenders again in 2024. This year's team with Gabbert or Trask starting looking at a top 5 pick. They wasted the season and Bowles gonna take the hit for it even though the GM to blame

Arians has stated before that he preferred to leave Bowles a good situation to begin his second shot at a head-coaching opportunity, rather than one where he did not have the greatest quarterback of all time under center. He's talked about the importance of a succession plan and of giving opportunities to Black coaches like Bowles, as well as female coaches and other minority coaches. But this statement is about as explicit as it gets.

Arians tried to look out for Bowles(but Brady never really fukked with BA anyway because he would openly criticize him)

So did Leftwich really turn down the Jacksonville job because of the GM Trent Baalke?

Goddam what a colossal fukk up. I understand you don't want to work with Baalke but you have a chance to coach Trevor Lawrence you can't turn that down. Now @Tony D'Amato gotta go to the back of the line now and start over

Byron fukked up badly by not taking the Jax HC job last season and he may never even sniff another opportunity again :francis: .

Byron called a running play(which was gonna be a TD) but Brady ad-libbed with no else's knowledge except Godwin, including Byron. Interception

For those who may wondering who the real OC was this year, this play alone will answer your question

You'll never convince me that Brady wasn't sabotaging that offense the entire season and they let Leftwich take the hits in the media.

TYRONE GA!
When the Bucs were winning it was 100% all Brady. When the Bucs were trash it was 100% Leftwich's fault. Funny how that works...

Also funny how the "well the league wants to hire young offensive minds now" thing never seems to apply to him for a HC job. Funny how that works too...
