Everyone saying she wanted to go to Ivy League because she's

, well this is what she's doing now
after graduating from UPenn in 2022:
Like ya'll really think you have people figured out.

Some people really letting their bias be their worst enemy
That's how you close the door on your own options by making assumptions.
Let's break it down though:
Ivy Leagues are world-renown schools. You're basically competing with the best-of-the-best - meaning very understandable to get rejections.
The top 10% around the world comes out to:
760 million people.
America's entire population (full of idiots mind you):
340 million.
That means for every one American, there are two or more people in the world who are of the top 10% and they want the same spot you want.
Only those brilliant and/or who have upmost strongest of mental fortitudes will get accepted to them.
Ya'll may laugh at her crying but it ain't about acceptance, it's about ACTUALLY putting in work and hoping it translates to something.
It's nearly almost always difficult when you put in that much work and it still doesn't translate into an auto-W.
No different from an athlete grinding, falling short of a championship and letting it all out.
You see how her mother was being optimistic and supportive the whole time? That's what people need around them.
