Why the fukk people keep bringing up Xmas like it means something. It's the end if the quarter. If people gotta go, they gotta go. Oh let's just wait to fire them after Xmas, what difference does it make, they were in the chopping block regardless.
May not mean anything to you but it means a lot to many people especially during a pandemic. People can go in the new year.

Naw that aint it.

It's because education is pushed in both cultures, which leads to their children getting into the best schools. Those top schools then lead you into the best jobs or a path to building a start-up.

They are heavily represented in the tech space. I mean eventually they’re going to keep climbing that corporate ladder. Many developers enter into management. Natural progression. If the industry is full of Asians then you will see Asians making their way up the ladder all the way up to CEO.

Not good for black folk. Y’all think things are bad now?

I'm from where Petey come from
16 years ago I was working for a small IT firm that still has to this day an exclusive deal with SAS software. These yt boys are making hand over fist for real. So the three owners had an executive meeting at their country club (Congressional). In the process they get drunk as shyt and argue about overhead. In the process they decided it was best to fire me :martin: My direct supervisor told me the story and it was confirmed by another party. Of course the decision was made at the beginning of the week but I was told Friday afternoon :stopitslime:

Two weeks later they come calling me, telling me they made a mistake and wanted me back. I requested a 15% increase in salary which they agreed too. Then 8 months later I left for a better position that was closer to my house

I know a few people who still work there. And that's exactly it. They even fired 100 employees earlier this year in June. Seems like they hire people just to fire them for trumped up reasons.

He also threatened the remaining employees if they didn't work twice as hard they would be fired next.

It will be next to impossible for them to recruit talent going forward. Not to mention all the current employees running for the exits.

All this bad publicity from this video going viral can't be good for Business. Which means any money you saved from layoffs will be short lived once customers start boycotting them.
The amount of press coverage this is getting must have the shareholders very upset. They are going to have to definitely have a tough time recruiting.

If these last 2 years don't make people look to start small businesses or start investing, nothing else will
People say this but not everyone can be a chief. Some people have to be just normal Indians.

But shyt everyone should at least strive to be a chief if they are cut out for it. Don't disagree.

You know they’re usually the “laziest” bc they worked their way up and have more responsibility right?

Exactly. That’s a tough sell, I’m in talent acquisition and I’m sure their recruiters are being laughed at for anyone they try to attract.
