I’m using AI photo editing software.. shyts kinda dope. It’s a one time payment as well as opposed to the subscription service that Adobe provides.

Yeah this wasn't the move. I dig it but society should have been given a chance to catch up. They used to be smarter than this. They didn't release computers or fax machines, new tech to society as soon as it was created. This should have been held in the back room for at least another decade.
How do you know it wasn’t held back

By not implementing the tech
I’m not sure what u asking

you questioned whether some capabilities might be absent from the A.I tech deliberately and I asked what kind of capabilities.

you think open source models are also being held back by developers?

I said how does he know “chatgpt” wasn’t held back, I’m sure this type of tech has been studied and reviewed before they release it to the public

And chatgpt is probably the lesser version of what is to come down the line

After fukking with this for a while, It will be a while before it starts replacing jobs.

All it would take is an outage and the entire company would be fuccked no matter the industry.

Now imagine some hackers get to it….

Data entry clerk? Chatgpt doesn't generate documents outside of the environment.
Recruiter? I don't get this one either. Chatgpt can't talk
Yeah I’m in the recruiter space and I’m not sure how it’s going to take over:
Finding talent
Convincing found talent to change careers
Sell talent on the lrospect of new company etc

Maybe the admin portion of onboarding and background check etc can be streamlined. But people are dumb and interacting with a high level ai might turn people off instead of just talking to a human about the prospect of leaving their current company :manny:

i think the dummies who search resumes by hand for one word or cert at a time then shoot out garbage ass emails and calling it work are at risk - outside of that :mjlol:

Breh. ChatGPT doesn’t generate documents outside of the environment because the OpenAI developers aren’t interested in that right now. But using their API someone could build exactly what you’re talking about in a hour. It’s just that tokens are too expensive right now for most small developers to offer Freemium models.

Also, Google demonstrated years ago a bot that could call and make appointments for you. They ended up releasing a half assed version after people objected.

The current technology is far beyond their original demo. With the ChatGPT API and the ElevenLabs API I could probably get 80% of the way there to a recruiter that sifts through resumes and cover letters. And does a screening call.
Lol, no. Maybe for lazy corporate recruiters that are on the intake side. Actually hunting for a candidate, engaging them then getting them to actually speak with you on multiple levels about a particular company to convince them to make a career move? We are at least 5 years away

I guess the data entry one can go away then. Still would like to see it.

I'd have to see about screening calls. Unless your suggesting that someone other than a recruiter can do the screening call. I doubt either party wants to talk to a robot. I think recruiters are already not sifting through resumes.
We do if the job is posted on job boards, resume “filtering” en masse for companies is a myth. When I worked for a large fortune 200 we were using paradox for scheduling and it would “try” to sift through resumes and give us a grade on how well the person fit but that shyt was wayyyyyy off. This was just last year using that tool. It may have gotten better
