Translating is notoriously hard and tricky to get right, ain't no way GPT is getting it down. :mjlol:

Are you serious? Translating seems like the least difficult thing it will be able to do. There is already Google Translate. :skip:

Breh. ChatGPT doesn’t generate documents outside of the environment because the OpenAI developers aren’t interested in that right now. But using their API someone could build exactly what you’re talking about in a hour. It’s just that tokens are too expensive right now for most small developers to offer Freemium models.

Also, Google demonstrated years ago a bot that could call and make appointments for you. They ended up releasing a half assed version after people objected.

The current technology is far beyond their original demo. With the ChatGPT API and the ElevenLabs API I could probably get 80% of the way there to a recruiter that sifts through resumes and cover letters. And does a screening call.
I guess the data entry one can go away then. Still would like to see it.

I'd have to see about screening calls. Unless your suggesting that someone other than a recruiter can do the screening call. I doubt either party wants to talk to a robot. I think recruiters are already not sifting through resumes.

Funny use case for ChatGPT is that you can absolutely slam people on Twitter responses or just any kind of platform and not put in any kind of effort.

This thing really can engage in a in some hilarious conversations :wow:

I got a feeling A.I's basically going to be talking to each other online :heh:

whenever i get chatbot customer service i just ask for a human.

i think AI can make jobs easier for people who are already good at the job & can just supervise the bot, but it may take a good deal of time just correcting it.
Breh you won't even realize that you are not talking to an actual human. The voice technology is already here. They just needed the AI to catch up.

Lots of words don't translate directly. Don't even get started on idiomatic expressions, poetic meter, slang, puns, etc.

Without correct prompting, nah. But once you learn how to ask the right question,

Just redid some old applications from college. With GPT, I reduced the code 70% in an hour. The shyt was barebones but if I actually spent a full 8 hours playing around, I can definitely see how it would eliminate a lot of jobs.

Here’s the thing. Those people can all learn how to use GPT too. It’s extremely intuitive. Like I said in the other threads, this shyt is a tool not a replacement.
