How is the child suffering because the man has to pay child support?

It sounds like a bunch of grown men crying because they want to act irresponsibility without consequences.

Child support is unconstitutional, first of all, but the courts use people's negligent judgment to force them to do it. Second, child support forces the father to pay and have no visitation rights. How can someone prevent you from visiting your kids when you are a law abiding person? Your kids will hate you for that if they found out the truth.

How does your plan work considering kids have other needs besides food and diapers. Children need a home to live in which requires the payment for that plus the light bill, water bill, and gas bill. The mother needs a method of transportation so she can work and transport the kids. That requires car insurance at minimum. The home the kids live in needs maintenance if its not rented, that costs money. Child support is not just for food and diapers, it is so the child can maintain a certain standard of living. It is not solely on the mother to provide that.

This is why I don't believe in premarital sex, and if women were smart instead of falling for this false "empowerment" they wouldn't believe in it either. Sex comes with responsibility. If you don't want to be responsible then keep it in your pants.

I've nevet heard of a court telling the Dad to pay cs and NOT get visitation.

When a court order is drafted so is visitation and just like how a man can go to jail for contempt (not paying cs) the same can go for a woman who won't allow a man to see his child.

2 days of the week ain't real visitation.

Typical order is every 1st, 3rd, 5th weekend starting from friday and every other Wednesday from after school to 8pm.

Not sure how much more is wanted because time is already split between both parents
