They do. If you file and keep your receipts (literally), you get full custody. Why not? I've been to family courts tones of times, nikkas have had custody afforded to them and the mothers have had to pay them child support because they were able to prove they weren't a fit guardian. It's things like saying she don't have a job, she don't have a suitable place for the kids to stay (along with supporting evidence that proves that), etc.
I don't know about y'all because I wouldn't raise a child without being married to the father of my children. I also don't believe in divorce. Till death do us part.
