Like, I don't understand the world rn. Yes, wear tinsel on your crotch if you want. Yes, it was a HIGHLY inappropriate comment, worthy of documentation and a chat with HR.I mean if that picture is her…. i understand the joke….. get offended when you posting pics of tinsel on your crotch brehs..
I knew you would be in here and I knew you would excuse it.![]()
This also ties into the whole women in the workplace, "let me in the boys club" mentality. Then they get in there and shyt like this happens. On its face, can I say he shouldn't have sent that? Sure, I suppose. But if you had someone you work with and had great repoire, you all may definitely get to a point where you're engaged on social media-- maybe roasting each other occasionally.
Angela says that the texts made her feel incredibly uncomfortable, but she was also fearful of rocking the boat and didn’t want to upset someone who had power...
I don't really know what women expect the world to do over disputes like this. The term gaslighting is thrown around a lot these days, but it feels as though the people using the term frequently are the biggest perpetrator.
Chris is a dikk, but he said what everyone who worked with her would think when she posted that image. What bothers her is the realisation that others didn't see what she did as empowering, they saw it as her putting tinsel on her crotch and parading it to the world.
All these years, I aint even know what that stuff was calledUm... she posted a pic with tinsel on her crotch.
don't get me startedWhen the risky text doesn’t land right![]()
Like if she thought it was bad enough she definitely should’ve reported it. News people are crazy like that, they say inappropriate shyt sometimesNxgga sit your dumbass down. Like I said, she should have reported it RIGHT THEN RIGHT THERE. Chris Cuomo wasn't her boss.
If anything, if she had reported it, CNN would have kept her around because they wouldn't want the optics of someone saying they were sexually assaulted by an anchor, and then that person gets fired.
She played herself. She kept it to herself because on some level, she liked the attention.
The whole reason she posted the picture of her half naked body in the first place was cause she LIKED THE ATTENTION.
If it had been a dude she actually liked who texted her some foolery like that, she would have been all the way with it.
I ain't a virgin like you. I know how these hoes get down, and then cry fake tears. I've seen it many times. And some will even admit that they're engaging in trifling behavior if you press them on it.
Like if she thought it was bad enough she definitely should’ve reported it. News people are crazy like that, they say inappropriate shyt sometimesThey also get judged when they wear stuff that people claim is suggestive especially when on tv. Angela’s problem is she’s trying to do all this stuff at once. If you’re going to be an activist, be an activist.. if you’re going to be a CNN contributor, be a CNN contributor. If you want to be a socialite, be a socialite. You can’t be out here mixing all that shyt up and then be surprised when stuff happens like what she’s saying Cuomo did. He was stupid AF for sending that text, I’m just saying. Man I still remember when she used to appear on Roland Martin’s show and I said she’s going places. Shes done a lot and props to her. Holding this info for a podcast you’re trying to get off the ground is crazy to me though.
CNN be treating black people like some hoes
