Thinking of trying this out but never played a turn based rpg. All the videos make it look boring as hell. So what's the appeal?....I love the tension and adrenaline of boss fights. So where are you getting that from this game?....seeing as you have all the time in the world to make moves. I know the excitement has to be there for this to be getting so much praise.

I mean, you are gonna find out, considering you've never played a turned based rpg and this game puts a little wrinkle in the typical formula of the genre. Even though it's turn based, the fights a really fluid and Boss fights specially are fukking epic and special.
Unless you are playing at the lowest difficulty level, you gonna have to parry a lot...and you gonna see how you do NOT have all the time in the world to make those moves
It's a different style for sure but I'd say there's excitement in having to come up with a build that makes sense, having to figure out what attacks you should use for your squad to do enough damage to win fights (if not you getting killed QUICK). And like I said, you have to defend yourself in "real time" and figure out the enemies moves and timing.

you beat act 2 at level 70?
Yeah, why? Is that too low?
I keep battling over and over again with high experiences number so I can build up my level fast. I always do this JRPGs and some actions game
