I wouldn't trust this dude. Knows the guy that killed your friends, but still wants to be all vague and not tell you the shyt you want to know. I wonder if they don't press him hard because they're low on firepower and he's strong. Or maybe they don't trust him and I'm not far enough into it. Only point he gets from me is Esqui seems to trust him, and Esqui is cool. Oh well. It's still a JRPG in everything but anime aesthetic, so i know I'm gonna have to wait for answers. Still, fukk Verso for now. fukking fake ass Gustave.
endless tower is kicking my ass, thank god for maella. I want so badly to take Monaco out my party now as he’s just gotten incredibly weak compared to everyone else but i want to get all his enemy skills
I had to spoil the game for myself. The mysteriousness of everything was getting to me
I'm glad I did spoil it, cause all the endings would've had me in fits had I invested into the characters. Still a great game that I plan on continuing even knowing the endings
A 9.5 out of 10. The only negative is the lack of biome maps/compasses. Sometimes after a fight I'll run for a minute or two backwards in the wrong direction before realizing it. I don't need waypoints but got damn, gimmie something.
I'm 11 hours in and I feel like I just got the flow of the game fr
It's really deep too, if you don't explore you really are missing out on a lot, which is why I think they chose no mini map outside of the camp area. I hope we see more games encourage roaming around like this in the future.
I just started Act 3.
This nails my feelings on the plot of this game. I don't want to get into spoilers but I wish it played out differently. Still plan to finish it though even if I don't care for the direction the plot took.
Spoiler about the end of this game ( I didn't like it)
I don't like any story where the world turns out to be a fake, or "It was a dream" none of the people in this story matter, because they're not real. (aside from the painters of course
Just made it to the Gestral Vilalge and fought the Ultimate Sakapatate.
That track that played during the fight was dope. Wanted to lose on purpose to get the mfs other attack patterns down, but them burn stacks took its ass out.
This game is longggggggggggggg...damn near every portal you go through has multiple bosses and weapons to collect...i have so many weapons for each character its insane...
The lamp boss is kicking my ass, I can't time the big light sword attack to save my life (literally) and most time don't have enough AP to cancel it
Was fighting it late last night so hopefully this afternoon without being sleepy I kick his ass
This is the first instance for me of the game reallyyyy punishing you for not being able to parry or doge an attack, my reflexes are shyt so I might be in for a souls like experience if it gets worse than this
