For those that beat it, once you've reached act 3, would now be the time to be tackling side content and/or any specific areas one should go to before going down the main route to beating the game or should one handle that after the main quest?

Also, what levels were folks at upon beating the main quest, specifically for those that played on Expert mode. Ya'll may want to properly spoiler tag some of your answers here.

If you want the full story and to actually play the ifnal battles out the way they’re intended you should go straight to the painted tower (after the reach)

if you do the optional quest first you might have a bit more context for the end but you will one-shot everything and miss out on the dialogue and moves

I made sure I talked to everyone around the campfire as much as I could in the beginning of ACT III, tried to tackle the side quests, then I went ahead and went to Lumiere. I would go ahead and just finish the story quickly when beginning act 3, but don't new game+ until you finish up everything. There are some OP Pictos I still need to collect before I do.

I couldn't launch this shyt last night I was tight but then I remember I had Optiscaler installed for it(It sort of forces the game to use FSR4 since FSR isn't in the game), and it finally worked after deleting it. I haven't been able to play much for the past few days.

Yeah I had to delete all my mods after today's update just to get through a single battle.

Maelle becomes a literal God, she went from bench player to main star. I am one shotting boss like enemies like they don’t even matter.


I might have to do an all nighter on this and Max out before ending things.

I have loved every minute of this game from within the first 30 minutes where it had me locked in but haven’t fought the final boss as I am going round killing everything that moves. Want to hit level 99 before going for the final boss currently on level 85 so not long to go.

I was lvl 66 and made sure to not use Stendhal, and it wasn't hard. Lvl 99 your just gonna straight up shyt on the final boss's chest.

Am i supposed to see a different between the white haired man, Gustave, and now Verso? I thought white hair was Gustav from the future. Now Verso looks like them both too i assumed it was some nier automata alternative version vs alternative version storyline going on
