Nah at 13 any normal human thats not sociopath knows not to kill another human.

You nikkas always missing the point. A 13-year old can't conceptualize the gravity of what killing someone means, not from the perspective of the killer, the deceased, or the community at large. So a 13-year old shouldn't he given 40 years...

The point is it SHOULD matter to these judges and prosecutors that a teenager can't rationalize legal penalties for his consequences. Prisons are a billions upon billions dollar industry, I understand too well why it doesn't matter...

But it should...

My experiences shaped me the same way yours shaped you. I was a juvenile offender sentenced as an adult where I also encountered other juvenile offenders who were sentenced as adults and living amongst hardened criminals. I didn't notice it so much at the time, but upon my release (I did 3½ on the 5), as I grew older in the free world having real world experiences, I noticed how my own growth was stunted in certain areas and retrospectively the same with other guys who were in the same situation...

Roughly a year and a half after I got out, I was a 21 year old trying to go to job Corp with my 20-year old brother and was told I couldn't get in. With only burglaries and stolen car charges on my record. The uphill battle I had to fight to transcend my criminal record may not have even happened had I been sentenced as a juvenile...

This is in North Carolina, where I moved at 16, I was there for a year when I got arrested. This is North Carolina where you're an adult on any felony at 16+ unless specifically given juvenile status, but this is the same North Carolina where I met guys who were sentenced as adults from 15 and 14, abd the 13-year old guy I knew. So even prior to 16 you're liable to be sentenced as an adult although there are juvie camps...

Seeing all these guys as well as using myself as a first person experience brought me the

System definitely ain't built to rehabilitate!

It's all a slippery slope but I do agree from years perspective that if I'm not old enough to consent to sex with a 21-year old, then I shouldn't be seen as old enough to understand the crimes I committed...

First hand perspective....
This is a good read

Maybe you and the lil nikka that got locked up. At 13 I knew I shouldn't be killing folks and at minimum even putting my hands on other people.

This is part of the reason why I don't want any kids. The world we're in is a fukked up place to be.
What if your parents had that attitude before having you? I used to think like you do but I realized that if I’m strong enough to endure this world, my children can and will too.

Not coming at you but don’t let the ills of the world stop you from creating life.

There are and have been equally good people to counteract the evil we have on this planet.

yes they can:mjlol:
any "child" proactively "planning" a 9 year old child's murder, another child by the way, obviously has sociopathic or psychopathic tendencies.
But it's just a child. No that's called a demon.
People KNOW EXACTLY HOW to act right they just try to find excuses and people who they think are weak to act like demons on

I can't lie...out of all the things that are wrong with our judicial system...

This is the one thing that seems to frustrate me the most...

Because it obviously just doesn't make sense.

Muthafukaz are freaking 13 bring tried as adults bro

:dwillhuh:

Ok cool... You're saying that the actions warrant that..

But we obviously has other situation when it comes to age, where we don't look at it the same way..

And now you're ruining a kids life by sending them to jail, even though we as a society supposed to understand that people at a certain age don't have a certain level of mental capability....

Are you taking into consideration that some are not raised in a “normal” environment, like the boy in question?
A lot of kid are raised in horrible environments and don't plot the murder of a 9 YEAR OLD child. That's called a sociopath or psychopath taking advantage of dumb gullible people. It's a kid of course they know that's how they're viewed that's why demons love childhood and dumb gullible adults who think all kids are innocent. No many of them just know how to play you.

Such a sad situation.
You hear this 12 year old kid asking the police to come kill him and that he is "fed up with life and I want to die".
This kid who has been abused by his parents lives in a world where he knows that police kill black people and he felt like this was his way to die. Heartbreaking.

This is such a sad rationalization if what you think if humans...

Many murders aren't planned, they are spur of the moment emotional overreactions. Even if you planned to kill someone, you should still get age-appropriate punishment. Not 40 years as if you were a 27 year old murderer...

This is only a discussion because it's a kid. That's why sociopaths and psychopaths eat regular people for food. It's too easy. It really is just play into some image and people will believe anything you tell them. That boy is glad he just got out of jail for catching a body not glad got rehabilated come on breh we know exactly what type of world we live in people will try to play you.

This was PROACTIVE planning of taking another person's life, UNPROVOKED.. That's called a sociopath or psychopath. If that's the type of behavior you expect from a "child" you need to reevaluate who you're around and what type of shytty environment you grew up in. Some people can't take the fact some people know how dumb and gullible people are, especially starting from childhood when everyone gives children a pass for everything, and THE KIDS KNOW THIS.
