shyt just happened to me about an hour ago and now i'm just sitting here like

I'm driving through southside (queens) on baisley after dropping this chick off at her crib (crazy thing is I was pointing out to here all the DT's driving while we were in her hood)

I'm at the light and the DT starts flashing his lights. I pull over and this dominican and CAC cop pop out. Dominican comes to the drivers side while the white cop comes to the passenger flashing lights everywhere. He asks me for license and registration then he tells me to open the passenger window for the CAC cop.

Dominican Cop - Open your passenger window

Me - No Why?

Dominican Cop - so my buddy can talk to you from that side, open it.



Me - No I don't have to open it because you asked. I don't feel comfortable speaking to him across a seat, If he wants to talk to me tell him to come to the drivers side, i'm on this side i want him to look me in the eye when he speaks

Dominican Cop -

I didn't realize my doors was unlocked but thats when the CAC cop grabbed the handle and opened up my door

CAC cop - What is this window broke or something?

Me - you know you can't open my door like that

CAC cop - Listen just open the window ..You know what

This is when he rolled down the windows himself after opening the door..He closed the door folded his arms resting them on the window taunting me pretty much like what you gonna do now?

Dominican Cop - Thats all you had to do

CAC - Why didn't you just do it?

Me - You know you cant open my door or window like that c'mon. Just do the right thing

CAC cop - man you know what....(thats when he cut his words short and walked away)



I mean i could have easily just opened the window. But its the principle of the whole thing. What if the door was locked how far could these guys have taken it?

I didn't get a badge number or name but honestly what could I have done afterwards with no proof? shyt left me with a bad feeling

This only happened to me once, but as I was walking out of my apartment across the street to my car I saw them cruising slowly towards me. Something gave me a feeling, "Aw, come on, they're going to target me right here."

I got into the car and pulled out onto the adjacent street, making sure to follow every law to the letter. Just one block later they hit the lights and pull me over. I sit there with my license out, expecting the normal thing, when the one just walks straight up to my driver's side door and opens it, grabs me by the arm and pulls me out of the car.

I'm like, WTF is going on?

The a-hole asks if he can pat me down, I'm clean as can be so I let them, the other dude just starts searching my car.

They ask me if I have drugs in the car, what I was doing in that apartment, where I live, where I work, all this stupid shyt.

I tell them. "I live in that apartment that you just saw me walk out of. I work at the school just down the street. I'm a teacher."

That seemed to take them by surprise, they apologized and said, "You fit the description of someone we were looking for."

Such BS. I know they didn't have any particular perp with my description on their mind when they went after me, they just saw me come out of a building they didn't like and went for it.

Got pulled over like 2 Saturdays ago on a back road on the way to Charlotte. Slack-jaw saw me and as soon as he passed I looked in my rear view and said to myself, "Watch him pull a U" and as soon as it left my lips *U-turn and sirens* . He came up with a spicy attitude off the rip and then he starts talmbout, "You had your high beams on when I passed you, son, and you were swerving into my lane". He was lying flat out lying his ass off about both and he knew it, but I guess since it was after midnight on a Saturday/Sunday, he was hedging his bets on me being drunk, high having a warrant, no insurance, etc.



Anyways, dude took damn 15-20 minutes just to run my shyt and came back and was like, " Alright, I'm going to let you off on a warning", knowing damn well he pulled me over hoping to get lucky on some BS. All these dudes do is ride around being a$$holes, hoping to find a tickets to write.
