Black people don't have the bread to build infrastructure in America but you think they can do it in large numbers overseas in places that are literally 1-200 yrs behind when it comes to infrastructure to build on?

It was idiotic to even bring up a population of 5 million as if they can compare to what is being done to Black People. They are literally a non factor in America, hence bringing them up adds nothing to the discussion because they simply don't matter (as it relates to the topic of Black people and their condition in America).
