Being black your genetics for putting on muscle exceeds people of other races, that's why I said I don't understand brehs using that shyt. If you kill it in the gym, you are gonna get results.

this is foolish. The logic that every black person has super-genes is dumb.

Look at how many out of shape, skinny fat black dudes there are walking around. There's black dudes that go to the gym everyday and see little/no results.

Everyone's genes are different. There's some ppl that are just naturally strong, some naturally lean, some naturally chubby.

No. Black people have more muscle density and are better equipped at putting more muscle on tahn people of other races. Look at female track stars. Black people have naturally muscular phisques without working out in their teens.

you're muscles only look bigger because it retaining A LOT more water. Essentially your muscle are bloated making them appear to be bigger.

Plus take creatine supplements messed with the bodies natural production of creatine, to where you're body will start compensating for the creatine surplus, by producing less creatine.

Hard work, consistency, and diet is the way to gain real lean mass.

Do your research. L-Glutamine is the safest strongest bulk agent available.

If you lift hard and consistent you are most likely deficient.

L-Glutamine, Taurine and Lysine combined (lower doses of each) is GOAT and basically jet engine fuel direct to your muscles. Virtually no side effects even long term.

Breh I'm 30 and nowhere near needing extra T. In fact I probably have more now than at 20. 30 should be peak the drop doesn't begin until 40 unless you just really fukked up your entire 20s


Not true, here is some good info, they say male testerone drop 1% every after 30. Take into account everyone is different and body function triggers are probably different as well.

As far as I know creatine mono is the standard.

I used to take creatine bitartrate (sp?) which I think is mixed with something to make it more "available" to the body

Your body making more is strictly dose dependant, the human body makes 2.5 grams of creatine, if you externally take in more then 2.5 your body will stop producing it until you stop taking it.

Creatine is not Creatinine, and is general safe, I already scientifically explain how creatine functions in the body and increases ATP.

Your body creates creatine naturally how could it be placebo?

This is what I'm currently eating everyday

Morning . 3 boiled eggs and oatmeal
Lunch. chicken 4-6 pieces with sides/ yogurt
2pm. 2 ham sandwiches a apple 3 boiled eggs
5-6 workout
6:15 protein shake
6:45 big dinner
Right before bed. protein shake

This is with working out 5 days a week.
I'm not eating fast food for the 1st 6 months of the year
and about to cut liquor for 3-4 months in 2 weeks

@ultraflexed any suggestions

Eat your bigger dinner around 5....or after your workout if possible.
The reason for eating your dinner around 5 us that you don't wanna go to bed with a heavy meal in you, it could lead fat gain.
It's great that you kept all your carbs in your early meal.

The fact that the biggest individuals in the jail and throwing down the heaviest weights were in their 30-50s should have set off alarm bells as this flies against the law of natural. 50 year old man should really have started see the effects of aging.

They most likely had access to oral steroids, such as dbol, sdrol, anadrol and so on. An oral which puts on mass quickly and can be cycled on and off without much issue.

Jail is the survival of the fittest why would they put you on the game if they had access to steroids? Most people in the real world who are not a threat to you will not openly talk about their usage. Usage is much more common than you think. Forget bodybuilders, athletes, inmates, criminals, police union bans drug testing for steroids because they know how juiced up the police departments are.

This has nothing to do with cacs. But truth be told, Cacs started bodybuilding, steroids and show the rest of the world how the game goes. They know a lot more about bodybuilding and AAS than anyone in the world.

I agree with your chart but when it comes to jail muscle your wrong.
Remember in jail you have alot a free time
You have access to 3 meals
You always get good sleep
The jail environment is optimum for strength I'm muscle gain and once you gain the muscle even if there test dropped doesn't mean they would loss muscle as long as their protein and food intake was cool, remember everyone is different

Straight up, thinking like this is devastating. This has nothing to do with race.
