Man this is such a good road trip album, the whole thing just flows so nicely front to back and the different sounds, beats and voices really keep your attention the whole way through.

This is my album of year, easily at this point.
I put it on to head to work(30 minute commute) in the rain. It hit so hard.

Maybe they’ll all come out and mention his contributions, but I don’t think he’s credited at all. It would be cool if he quietly helped with the songs that have De La credited as producers.

“Cabin in the Sky”

  • Produced by Jake One
  • Co-production elements by De La Soul

“Lessons Learned”

  • Produced by Posdnuos & Maseo
  • Additional programming: Trugoy the Dove

“In the Daylight”

  • Produced by Maseo
  • Additional arrangement: Posdnuos

one very minor critique because I still like the track but I think it's one of the weaker joints on there, if they were going to feature Gareth Donkin on a "funky" type track they should have just let him produce it instead of Little Dragon(I'm a fan of LD). As cold as Gareth is it probably would have came out better.

This shyt aint fair. For those of us that pre-ordered, we've got to wait until the end of January to get our shyt, but I saw some people bought a copy at a store. That's crazy.

Well thats not anybody’s fault really. For fans who don’t live in New York there wasn’t ever going to be a chance to hit up the pop up so we’d be waiting regardless.

And its known that Vinyl pressing plants take time now because there are so few of them.

So i’m not going to complain too much about that. At the end of the day its not like we don’t have access to the music itself.
