He's compared national Healthcare to slavery.

You've argued that national Healthcare will offer worse care and erode the private market.

We have an example of national Healthcare working and the private market working as well.

You're not actually making the point you think you are. :umad:
if rand really went to a private hospital that has nothing to do with socialized health care, then this thread is embarrassing

or what's the words....bad faith :ehh:

Dems aren’t pushingbfor this Canada style healthcare so often referenced either...:sas1:
Seems like more of an effective talking point than a policy Dems are interested in implementing.
:sas2:

I’d like to see a per capita grant rate agreed upon...
Dems are pushing for expanding the governments role in providing Healthcare for all citizens.

A system where the federal government provides funding for Healthcare for all citizens.

Canada is an example of that. :comeon:

comes at a hell of a cost too :yeshrug: plus, canada has to spend zero on military thanks to us
don't lie to yourself I worked for a health admin to US employees as a Canadian. Before that I was involved with a company that would sell generic drugs to U.S. seniors that were coming here by the bus loads in the Bush Jr. era... you brehs just fear taxes. You pay a lot more out of pocket than what you would be taxed even with insurance. with your premiums and deductibles.

yep :yeshrug:

So you agree that the issue isn't providing universal Healthcare to citizens and Paul's talking points are nonsense. :ehh:
but then why did you make a trash thread :dead:

Because Rand Paul said the right to Universal Healthcare is likened to slavery, then went to a country he likened to slavers to receive healthcare.
but he didn't go there for their universal healthcare :skip: he went to one, particular, private hospital

He would have to pay no matter what hospital he went to.

This hernia center, despite being private, is still covered by their federal/provincial Healthcare laws. :umad:

yeah that's stupid. don't talk about the cost then because you are paying far more than we are. That talking point is mute. The cost to you is greater.:mjlol:
your model wouldn't work in our country :heh: YOUR talking point is mute until you import another 250 million people and your southern border becomes comparable to our southern border

the basis of your argument was cost don't backtrack now... we pay less and it costs less for health care north of the border. there's no out of network and no denial of coverage. you are caping for a broken system. make a case for why an increase in population would be a detriment to the system. If that is your only argument then limit coverage to those who pay taxes just like people have been getting insurance via employers... not much changes. :manny:

that some typical cac shyt fearing you will have to provide for somebody else :laff:

it's your own people going thru the struggle and opiate crisis right now. and they still getting free care on the government via your dollars.
