By relying on a bogeyman, what do the Democrats have to provide those voting for them. Democracy should be expected, regardless of who wins, so if someone wants to question how long they'll be expected to walk away with nothing, they're well within their rights.

You can’t scare people into voting when their reality is scarier than whatever will allegedly come. Biden was elected to fix covid. Didn’t happen. People thought he’d help them economically. It happened for parents with the child tax credit but if you’re single? On your own. Help with student loans was promised, nothing happened.

So now the rallying cry is help is stick in power so we can continue not doing anything for you. It’s over. I’m voting because I always vote. But I’ve never seen people so “done” with the process.
