That's not why most gangs or tribes start at all.

It has always fundamentally been about survival -- at least when it comes to WHY it was created.

And you're kind of taking a weird view of African tribes.

It's NOT just a bunch of guys that randomly decided to clique up and fight other guys for reasons.

They're ethnic groups that slowly formed over time. You make it sound so arbitrary.

As for gangs, read the history of most black gangs. They were created as a response to another gang -- survival.
