I don't have as good a gauge as I used to - it's getting harder and harder to see.

She could definitely beat Trump, and a couple of the extremes in the Republican Party - just based on how unhinged a lot of them are.

But a charismatic GOP member running on a relatively "sane" platform while still being bombastic could probably wash her. Especially with both the GOP and the Dems splitting up (with their respective Left and Right members).

Starting to think Biden will run again. Too early to tell, if they pass stimulus, vaccinate large portion of the population, start reopening things, pass student loan forgiveness, I think either Biden or Kamala wins.
I'm fairly sure he'd try for two terms, no matter how old he gets - and that's my fear because 8 years is a lot of time for Joe Biden to fukk up, and he absolutely will fukk up - bleeding Senators, Representatives, and state-level Democrats along the way.

The laziness with the stimulus right now, and his opposition to hearty, popular policies like student loan forgiveness, single-payer healthcare, green infrastructure, and strong anti-trust action is going to come back to bite the whole party.

That really depends on the midterms

A strong Dem coalition will cruise easily to 2024 and beyond

But the Dems won't have that majority neccesary to maintain control of the house and the senate so....yeah, we really need to hope that that idiot goes back to eating cheeseburgers and not exercising.

Already these idiots are complaining about 1400 versus 2000 not knowing that their anger vote for the GOP means they get NOTHING

Some of you guys are projecting your own dislike/hate of Kamala and letting that cloud your judgement. Stop being retarded y'all.

Anyways, it's too early to know what will happen to a Kamala 2024 presidential bid. We have to see how the Biden presidency plays out and what Kamala does as VP.

i think itll change now that she has the credibility of being vice president. at least i hope so for the dems sake, because shes in this convo one way or another. she just needs that credibility boost of being president from 23-24 and i think shes a fine candidate, running with someone like sherrod brown

i still remember someone during the debates say she always sounds like she drank too much wine :mjlol:

It’s not hate or dislike. She’s a mediocre candidate who isn’t likable. As much as she has tried to be the female Obama, it hasn’t really worked at all.

Her campaign flamed out and she luckily fell forward by getting picked as VP. She would be a terrible general election candidate

it is still far, far too early to tell. if biden doesn’t run again in 2024 there aren’t really any other candidates sticking out to me right now. someone can always come out of nowhere though

Be quiet. My comment wasn't even close to having "love" for Kamala. I literally said to wait and see what happens the next 4 years.

Her campaign failed for numerous reasons. Anyways, you are definitely letting your hate for Kamala blind you. Joe failed badly in his first 2 presidential bids and it was DIRECTLY because of his tenure as VP that propelled him to the presidency now.

Kamala being the VP for the next 4 years will be an opportunity to remake her image and despite what some in here have claimed - she won't face a serious primary challenge (that's laughable). Anyways, it's way too early to tell how she will do in 2024. Once again, that depends on how well the Biden presidency is received and what she does as VP.

It's not hate, she's not a great national candidate. She's cool for California because she's fine for a Democratic stronghold or a running mate bc very few people vote because of the VP.

Joe hasn't had to change who he was, he's been the same guy he was in 2008 and earlier.

Kamala 4 years later isn't gonna change the fact that she's unlikable and a terrible candidate. Being VP isn't going to change that.

Same reason Hillary failed even after going and working for Obama. Kamala in 2024 will end up just like Hillary in 2016.

Being VP didn't make Al Gore President, wouldn't have made dikk Cheney President.

That's just your opinion. Also, you're talking about Kamala is not a "national candidate", yet she was just apart of winning presidential ticket that got 81 million votes. Stop it.

Also, it's indisputable that being VP changed Joe's image and is the biggest reason why he's president right now - that's not even debatable.

Anyways, for the final time, let's wait and see what happens over the next 4 years. It's way too early to claim anything right now.
