It's all subjective. I think a 45 man and 25 woman have the same chances of a successful relationship as a couple that's the same age. It's just hard for people to mesh and get along in general. Young women that are low key and value consistency and stability are better off with with older men. Demanding, extrovert women seem to desire high earners and high earners have a lot of options. It's tough however you look at it.
I think that may have been true 20-25 years ago. But most of today's Gen-Z 25 year olds are less mature than prior generations. Most of them still act and converse like they're still in high school.
